PASS THE EMT EXAM

Privacy policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Pass the EMT Exam ("we") sells a downloadable EMT exam study guide and related practice materials at passtheemtexam.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you visit our site, our tools automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. When you buy, we receive your name, email address and the details of your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. When you email us, we keep the message so we can help you.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your purchase, send your download links and receipt, answer support requests, process refunds, and keep business records required by law. After you buy, we may also email you to ask for a review and to tell you about our other study products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop emails about your purchase.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies listed below, for the purposes described in this policy. Meta may also use information from our site to measure and show ads, as explained in "Cookies and advertising."

Cookies and advertising

Our site uses cookies and similar tools from third parties: the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. We also send some visit and purchase events to Meta directly from our server (the Meta Conversions API). Meta may use these tools to collect information from our site and from other websites over time, and use it to measure and show ads, including ads for our products. Microsoft Clarity records how you use and interact with our site (such as clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings) so we can improve it. Microsoft may also collect and use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. These tools may receive information about your visit, your device and your purchase (such as the order value and a hashed (encoded) version of your email). You can limit cookies in your browser settings, opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info, and manage the ads you see in your Facebook ad preferences. Browser cookie settings may not stop the events we send from our server through the Meta Conversions API.

Service providers

We disclose information to companies that support our payment processing, email delivery, advertising, website analytics and hosting: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Meta (advertising, through the Pixel and the Conversions API), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics) and Cloudflare (website hosting). How each of them handles personal information also depends on its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@passtheemtexam.com. We keep order records only as long as needed for legal and accounting reasons.

Children

Our products are sold to adults preparing for the EMT exam. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Do Not Track

Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
